Positive, Location was fantastic, just minutes from the bus and train station. The cleaning service was excellent during our 13-night stay, and the shower was a standout feature. Super easy to get around for dining and sightseeing. Definitely a top choice!

Absence of laundry facilities is a big miss!!! Noise from the nearby street can be bothersome at times!!! The automated check-in process could be confusing for those unfamiliar with it!!! Room storage could be better organized!!!

The location was superb, allowing easy access to public transportation for exploring the area. I appreciated the lack of physical keys and the convenient pin entry, which made check-in smooth and hassle-free. The room provided ample storage space and was impeccably clean, which made for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the city view added a lovely ambiance that I truly enjoyed.

The noise from the street occasionally disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere of the hotel.

The room was spacious and had a nice modern feel to it. The shower was seriously one of the best I've used—felt amazing after a long day! The cleaning service was on point throughout our stay too. But, there was some noise from the street that could be a bit annoying at times. Overall, a solid place to crash after exploring Kyoto!
